The Avocado opened its doors in 2018 at the foot of Baou de Saint-Jeannet. With 20 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, its owner Bruno Firmin-Guion wanted an establishment in his image, which reflects his Martinican origins. The Avocado is an establishment on a human scale, simple and warm. The Avocado hotel, bar & restaurant is located very close to the village of Saint-Jeannet just 5 minutes away, 20 minutes from Nice by car and 15 minutes from the industrial zone of Carros.
